Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MaxPush ("the App") handles information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
MaxPush does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or other personal information to use the App.
Push-up tracking and other core features are designed to work without an account.
MaxPush does use third-party services to display advertisements. These services may collect or receive information from your device in connection with advertising, personalization, measurement, and fraud prevention.
Depending on your permissions, consent choices, device settings, and applicable laws, information processed by advertising services may include:
- IP address
- Device and advertising identifiers
- Information about advertisements displayed or interacted with
- App and advertising interactions
- Diagnostic and performance information
- Information used to provide, personalize, and measure advertising
2. Advertising
MaxPush uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
AdMob may use information to provide personalized advertising, where permitted by applicable law and based on your privacy choices and permissions.
MaxPush uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to provide users with information about advertising-related data processing and, where required, obtain consent for personalized advertising and related processing.
MaxPush also uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to request permission to track users where tracking covered by Apple's ATT requirements is used.
If you allow tracking through the ATT prompt and provide the required consent for personalized advertising, advertising providers may use applicable device identifiers and other information to provide personalized advertising and measure advertising performance.
If you do not grant ATT permission or do not provide consent for personalized advertising, advertisements may still be displayed, but certain personalized advertising and tracking activities will be restricted.
3. Consent and Privacy Choices
When required, MaxPush presents Google's consent interface through the Google UMP SDK.
Your consent choices may affect whether personalized advertising is available.
You can review or change applicable advertising consent choices through the privacy options provided by MaxPush.
You can also change your Apple App Tracking Transparency permission at any time through your iOS device settings.
4. Data Storage
MaxPush does not maintain user accounts or require registration.
Push-up history and other app data may be stored locally on your device so that the App can provide its tracking functionality.
We do not operate a server that stores your personal push-up history.
Third-party advertising providers may retain information according to their own policies and applicable legal requirements.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be processed or shared with third-party service providers when necessary to operate the App, display advertisements, provide advertising measurement, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.
In particular, MaxPush uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform.
Third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Because MaxPush does not require an account, we do not maintain an account containing your personal information.
Information stored locally by the App can generally be removed by deleting the App from your device, subject to how iOS manages application data and backups.
Information processed by third-party advertising providers is subject to their respective retention and deletion policies.
7. Children's Privacy
MaxPush is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us using the information below.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
